All School Principals and SGB members are invited and encouraged to attend an online session on topics for the upcoming interview season.

Topics for discussion are:

• Shortlisting
• Interviews
• Appointments 
• Problems that may arise and issues to avoid

The session will be hosted in English by Joseph Ntshefu, newly appointed Provincial Manager in the Free State, previously in service of the Department of Education Circuit Office. 

Questions and answers will be done in Afrikaans by panelists Johan Visser and Ebeth Delport.
